The owner's story

Born in Guatemala and raised in the United States from just eight months old, I’m a first-generation Latino who discovered a passion for chocolate in the most unexpected way. What started as a hobby began after I was given a sample of toffee. I loved the taste and texture, but one thought immediately came to mind: I think I can make this even better. That thought turned into years of experimenting, creating, and refining. After countless versions, I developed the toffee we proudly make today. I’ve been making chocolate and toffee for eight years, and three years ago, I turned that passion into a business. What started in my kitchen as a hobby has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of—and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead. Thank you for being part of the journey.
