Latin City Vendor Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Latin City ("we", "us", or "our") and the vendors ("you", "your", or "Vendor") who apply to participate in events organized by Latin City.

Application and Selection

1. Vendors must complete an application form to be considered for participation in our events.

2. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Selection is at the sole discretion of Latin City based on event needs and vendor suitability.

Vendor Obligations

1. Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, tents, and chairs unless otherwise provided by Latin City.

2. Vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.

3. Vendors are responsible for their own transactions and must handle their sales independently.

4. Vendors must maintain a clean and professional appearance within their designated area.

Fees and Payments

1. Selected vendors will be informed of any applicable fees, which must be paid by the specified deadline.

2. Fees may include, but are not limited to, application fees, booth rental fees, and a percentage of sales.

Event Conduct

1. Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner that reflects positively on Latin City and its events.

2. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event and potential exclusion from future events.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the vendor must be made in writing and may be subject to cancellation fees.

2. Latin City reserves the right to cancel the event or a vendor's participation at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with these terms.

Intellectual Property

1. Vendors grant Latin City the right to use their business name, logo, and photographs of their booth and products for promotional purposes.

2. Vendors retain all intellectual property rights to their trademarks, service marks, and trade names.

Limitation of Liability

1. Latin City will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind sustained by any vendor or their property.

2. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and indemnify Latin City against any claims.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or vendor participation in our events shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, and, as a last resort, arbitration.

Acknowledgment

By applying to be a vendor at our events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
